Depression Support - Inside Out
‘Inside Out’ is a six week course that will assist men and women to understand, manage and live beyond depression. Topics Include: Understanding Depression, Depression and Stigma, Relaxation, Relationships & Depression, Spirituality and Depression and Positive Thinking. The Course is facilitated by Ross Stanbury, Grad. Dip. Counselling.

Depression Support Network
The Depression Support network is a group of men and women who meet monthly to chat and support each other. Various activities such as social outings, guest speakers etc are arranged each month.
