It
has been another great year for Georges

All our groups and services expanded
throughout the year with over three
hundred individuals and families receiving
help through a variety of programs and
supports.
Some of the highlights included:
The expansion of our autism support
The traumatised children workshop held in August
and the subsequent growth in our Grandparents Support
group
Two evening parenting seminars featuring Mel Hayde
and Jeanene Ecob
Successful Commencement of our Depression Support
Network and the “Inside Out “ course.
Thanks to all staff and volunteers for their hard
work and support in continuing to develop a great
community resource.
We are looking forward to next year and further
expanding our services. We are also eagerly anticipating
our move in to new premises at 23 Stanley Street
very soon.
All of us at Georges River Life Care would like
to wish a very happy Christmas and a great 2009.
